BOARD
Belita Fletcher is a Chartered Accountant, and works as a Manager in
KPMG's Financial Risk Management division. Belita has a Master of Philosophy from Cambridge University in Musicology, and a First Class Honours Bachelor of Music (Performance) degree from the University of Queensland.
Scott Griffin (chair) is a Director of Etax Accountants and Accounts Etcetera. He previously worked as a strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group and Sydney Symphony Orchestra and taught business strategy at the University of Queensland. Scott has an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Commerce, Science and Laws. Scott was a member of The Australian Voices from 1998 to 2006 and this year will be running 250km across the Kimberley region to raise funds for TAV.
Helene Matters is an accomplished pianist, educator and advocate for choral music. She holds a Masters degree in Music Education (Kodaly emphasis) from the Holy Names University, Oakland CA.
Andrew Pennay is Head of Classroom Music at Brisbane Girls Grammar School. He has sung with The Australian Voices since 1999.
Jocelyn Wolfe is a music studies tutor and is currently undertaking a PhD at Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University. She also works as a freelance music researcher, writer and editor for Arts publications.
ADVISOR TO THE BOARD
William Barton is one of Australia’s leading didjeridu players and composers, and is a powerful advocate for the wider perception of his cultural traditions.
SECRETARY
Reuben Bramanathan (secretary) is a practising lawyer with McCullough Roberston in Brisbane, specialising in taxation and commercial law. He was previously a singer with The Australian Voices for four years.
